Casa Bucine is nestled in the rolling hills between Chianti and the Crete of Siena. It is the ideal place to spend the perfect holiday in an all-Tuscan atmosphere. The landscape has sweet, gentle hills and sweeping valleys, marked by noble cypress trees, adorned with vineyards, olive groves and large forests of oaks. The gorgeous views and the peace and tranquillity of nature will make it hard for you to leave. In all directions there are oak woods untouched by modern times.
Casa Bucine is 200 metres from its other twin farmhouse, Casa Ambra also offered by Tuscan Dreams. Casa Bucine is a very old large farmhouse with a gorgeous 360-degree view over the surrounding countryside, with vineyards, sunflowers fields and horses grazing in the flowered fields. Casa Bucine (545 sqm -sleeps 18 + 4 in Torrino annexe) was renovated in year 2000 and brought back to its original splendour. The villa is completely independent and it has its own garden, pool and private parking. Interior d?cors are in typical Tuscan style. All bedrooms are very different from each other in style. All rooms have terracotta floors and original vaulted and beamed ceilings add to the character of this extremely welcoming villa. |

The swimming pool (10 x 5 m ) is situated in the open countryside, complete with outdoor furnishings and a large BBQ. There is also pretty pergola to dine 'al fresco'. A laundry room is at the owners' villa (200 m away) shared with other guests. Chef and extra maid service, baby sitting on request. The villa is situated about 200 m (215 yards) from a small-unpaved road that leads to lovely hamlet of Montebenichi. The owners also have a traditional Tuscan restaurant at walking distance. Shops are in Ambra (5 km) and Bucine (15 minutes drive). Siena (30 km). Within 30/45 minutes drive you can visit: Cortona, Arezzo, Volterra, San Gimignano, Pienza and Montalcino. Mountain bikes to rent. Tennis courts and horse riding in property next door upon reservation. |
