	This attractive independent stone cottage is surrounded by a large garden. It is the perfect country retreat in which to enjoy blissful days in a heavenly setting. The cottage is very private and is reached by a tree lined country lane (about 2 km). The house is on two floors and comfortable sleeps 5+1 (90 sqm) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A few steps from the garden lead to the covered loggia furnished with table and chairs.


	The private swimming pool (6 x 12m - 1.20/2.40m deep) lies in a natural terraced landscape with breathtaking views over the hills between Casole d'Elsa and San Gimignano. Trekking trails through the Chianti hills to countless hamlets, wineries and perfect picnic spots. The property also has BBQ and sunbeds for the pool.
