You both are so professional and made it so easy for us to just enjoy the experience stress free. All our guests had such a fantastic time and are still talking about it weeks after. (Will's mum has talked about nothing else!!) The food, flowers, hairdresser, photographer and musicians were all fantastic. All the suppliers you work with are excellent and we really enjoyed meeting everyone it was all such a pleasure. You both really helped us realise our dream Wedding in Italy. We have been trying to sort through all of the pictures that Giuseppe took. They are beautiful, and we had a difficult time trying to sort them down for our album... Just too many good pictures to choose from. Once again, I must thank you for all of your help throughout the process. Because we were not able to visit any of the venues before the wedding, your advice and guidance choosing San Galgano was priceless. It really did turn out to be a perfect location for our wedding: each of our guests complimented on how perfect it was. Our wedding in Tuscany was even more wonderful than we had expected, and none of that would have been possible without your help.
I do envy you for being able to live in such a gorgeous part of the world.

Fiona and I took Erica's recommendation and went to Elba for a week on Honeymoon, it was beautiful! - a good recommendation indeed.
We have many fond memories of our day and also the week at the villa, it was great to spend a week with our family and friends, especially in such lovely surroundings. Everyone enjoyed themselves thoroughly and commented that it was great to meet yourself and Erica after us talking about the two of you for nearly a year and a half!

We are so pleased that we decided to have a Tuscan Wedding and delighted with the service provided by Tuscan Dreams; Erica & Nicoletta were incredibly helpful from the start, dealing promptly and informatively with all our questions. We visited the area a few months before the wedding & met up with Erica & Nicoletta so that we could see the venue, arrange accommodation & discuss all the options for the big day, including the flowers, menus & music; this trip was really worthwhile! We knew then that we had chosen the right team & the right venue, but the actual Wedding Day exceeded all our hopes & expectations; the Castle looked fantastic, the event seemed to flow seamlessly from one stage to the next, including the ceremony, the amazing aperitifs, the live music, the delicious food and the dancing. And Nicoletta was there from the beginning to the very end, making sure that every detail was taken care of. The entire experience was better than we could have wished for and our friends and family enjoyed a fantastic occasion in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Thank you for making our trip to Italy very memorable. We had an amazing time. Thank you for all of your help! The meal at the restaurant was delicious. I loved every bite! The restaurant was beautiful. It was all set up so nicely. The presentation was first class. The drive along the countryside was lovely. San Gimignano was such a nice town, the scenery is so beautiful. Stopping in Chianti for some wine tasting was very nice too! The country side is gorgeous! I loved it!

Dear Erica and Nicoletta.
Hi there! We've just returned from our honeymoon and the very first thing we had to do (even before unpacking!) was to write to you to say thankyou so much for what really was the happiest day of our lives.
It's impossible to say just how much we appreciated all the hard work put in by you and your team. In the words used over and over by the family and friends who joined us, the whole experience was "magical", "stunning", "perfect". The ceremony, the food, the music, the flowers, the Villa Gambassi, the Tuscan countryside - everything was just beautiful. We kept standing back throughout the evening just to drink it all in. Surrounded by what seemed like a thousand tee-lights and citronella candles (all lit by you two!) and looking down on a hillside filled with fire flies, we had to pinch ourselves just to make sure it was real. None of this could have happened without you and we feel so lucky and honestly cant thank you enough.
It was really lovely getting to know you both - we'll deffinately be in touch in the future to arrange return trips to The Forno and know that lots of our guests loved it so much, they're planning to take their holidays at Gambassi next year - of course we've reccomended that they go through Tuscan Dreams!

The wedding was amazing and Jedd and I still talk about it quite a lot, the day went so quickly but we had an amazing time and the week in the villa with all our friends seems to have bought us closer to them.
The wedding was planned amazingly well. You and Nicoletta did a fantastic job. Looking back I have so many wonderful memories of the day, I loved my flowers, in fact all the flowers were fantastic, the food was exquisite and my uncle who is quite the music connoisseur thought that the music during the drinks was great.

Our week in Tuscany was just idyllic and we can't thank you enough. We felt really lucky to get married in such a beautiful place and surrounded by all our friends and family - it really was a perfect day and we simply couldn't have done it without you. Your patience and your enthusiasm during all the preperations were just what we needed - especially as we were a little disorganised and indecisive to say the least! And then when the day came, we were both so relaxed; we knew you were there every step of the way which meant we could just enjoy and take it all in. The service was perfect. The musicians were amazing and really captured the feeling of the day - they played beautifully. The reception completely blew our minds - just what we wanted. The flowers exceeded everything we had hoped for and the food and wine were exquisite. Everyone had a wonderful time and I'm sure you won't be suprised to hear that we all carried on dancing for many more hours when we got back to the villas.

Thank you for the most amazing wedding day. Erica, Nicoletta, everyone at the villa, Giuseppe, Don Mario, Lorenzo and the cellist, the hair and make-up ladies, the florist, the caterers and waiters... everyone worked so hard to make sure we had the best day and it is so appreciated. The blessing was beautiful and everyone thought Don Mario was a very groovy priest. Everyone’s still talking about how delicious the food was. Every plate was amazing. The waiter service was incredible too. They smiled all the way through and were so professional and organized and lovely to everyone, even though I’m sure they thought we’d never leave. All of our guests had a wonderful time. We literally couldn't have done it without you.

I'm so glad we were in Italy to get married, the day was so relaxed and exactly what we wanted that I don't regret not going back to New Zealand at all. I thought the ceremony was great, especially the emphasis on family it made Ian & I realise we want family to be a important part of our life.
The photos are brilliant, Giuseppe did such a great job, Ian & I are really pleased with them.
Our time there will be something to remember always.

How can I describe how I feel about the day? It was just so perfect, it makes me want to cry! I don’t think there is a thing I would have changed.

It all seemed to go so smoothly, if there were any problems I never knew about them, so I have you to thank for that! The only thing I wish is that I could have the whole day again, exactly the same
