Dear Nicoletta and Erica,
From the moment we found Tuscan Dreams while surfing the internet for our ideal wedding location in Tuscany, we knew we had struck gold.
While we were never in any doubt that the location, food and wine would be to our taste, there were so many other aspects of the day and process that needed a personal touch. Putting such an important day in someone else’s hands was a big decision. We really had no need to worry as the day surpassed our expectations and was nothing short of perfection
From the co-ordination of hire cars, coaches and restaurant reservations, to translation of Italian legal documentation, to the intricate detail of the table arrangements and garden decorations, I can honestly say there was nothing we would have changed.
We arrived with open mind and few ideas of how our day would look and feel; both Erica and Nicoletta quickly understood our requirements, offered sound advice and translated that into something spectacular, understated and elegant.
As with most things, attention detail always makes the difference and that certainly showed. Both Muriel and I, and all of our guests had a day (and holiday!) that will live long in the memory, and that is in no small part down to Nicoletta and Erica. We got the feeling that huge amounts of time had been spent behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly, and even that last minute requests we’re taken in their own inimitable ‘laidback’ stride.

We always imagined getting married in Tuscany and we were lucky enough to come across Erica and Nicoletta, who, from the first meeting, left us in no doubt that they were the people who could make this dream a reality. Relaxed, thoughtful, honest, flexible and committed - they were not only exceptionally kind to us, but they knew all the ins and outs that we could never have researched ourselves, never mind organised from London.

We both work long hours in demanding jobs, and yet managed, thanks to Erica and Nicoletta, to have a wedding day that was so magical that, in the words of a relative, it "still feels like a dream".

It was really important to us that our friends and family felt looked after, and so they were...Erica and Nicoletta thought of all the details: making sure that the elderly people had the easiest route, and could see, at the ceremony, and introducing the parents of the little ones to the babysitter early in the day so that they felt reassured. The ceremony, transport, music, food, decoration - it all unfolded beautifully. Everyone has told us how they felt very special to have been part of such an utterly romantic and happy day (and holiday) - one they will never forget.

Everything happened exactly to plan - which takes so much work behind the scenes, and yet we never got the sense that Erica or Nicoletta were fazed by the scale of the organisation. It never felt contrived or showy - it was, exactly as we had hoped: relaxed and down-to-earth, yet with a huge sense of celebration.

We've heard so many people talking about how your wedding day should be the happiest of your life. However, the pressure to make it the day that everyone else expects makes it difficult to even think about yourself. But on the day, we felt like we were in an old film...everything looked and felt perfect, we could tell that our guests were having the time of their lives, leaving us with nothing to worry about ...

Thanks to these patient and capable ladies, whatever the future may bring, we have a moment of perfect happiness crystallised in our wedding day. We can never thank them enough.

Hi Nicoletta and Erica,
How can we possibly thank you for making our wedding such an incredible experience! From the very first time we spoke over the phone, and then meeting you in person in February, we knew that we made the right choice for our wedding planners. Villa Gambassi couldn't have been a more perfect setting.
Stefano and his team did an amazing job with the catering. The florist made the arrangements just as we had described, David the photographer captured the energy of the party exactly as we had hoped, and he took a lot of beautiful photos, and Richard did a fantastic job of DJing and kept the party going until early the next morning. Our wedding was absolutely perfect all because of you. We would highly recommend Tuscan Dreams to anyone thinking of getting married in Italy.
Our friends are still talking about how fantastic our wedding was, and that it is now the benchmark to measure all future weddings against. We have to admit that it will be close to impossible to beat it!
Thanks again for making our wedding one that most people typically only dream about. It was absolutely PERFECT!

When we first decided to get married we didn’t have a clue what we were going to do. In the UK it’s over priced. The cost of corkage is a joke. The food is average at best. And you can’t rely on the weather. But getting married abroad would be well out of price range. Or would it? Getting Tuscan dreams to organise our Italian wedding was the best thing we ever did. It’s affordable. The venues they have are amazing. The food is simple, locally sourced Italian food at its best. The wine came from a local vineyard (so it was loads cheaper than the UK). And corkage doesn’t exist. What’s more the weather and the scenery are amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tuscan dreams. It’s run by Erica and Nicoletta they will do everything they can to make your wedding perfect for you. Despite organisng most of it with them over the internet. It was all stress free and a very simple process.
If I do it again (hopefully not!) I wouldn’t hesitate to use them.

We just wanted to say, once again, a massive thank you for everything you did to make our special day so utterly amazing! We had hoped that we could host our dream wedding in Tuscany but had no idea where to start until we met you to look for venues, and were instantly confident you would help us realise our dream
We wanted a venue which would both be suitably special for our wedding, but also, where our large group of friends and family could feel at ease and relax for their extended stay. Villa Gambassi ticked every box, and then some!
You also translated our style and ideas to help create the day we had hoped for. All of our guests commented on the level of detail we had managed to achieve  - despite planning it all from overseas. This was down to Tuscan Dreams in no small part! While we do appreciate that it's not essential to have planners, there is no way we could have created such a fabulous event without you. In terms of planning everything in the run up to the day, matching us with the perfect suppliers, and then on the day itself, transforming the villa to match our vision - and of course, making sure I actually made it to the town hall in Certaldo! The medieval town was simply the perfect place for us to wed and we would never have found it without your recommendation.

On top of everything - you were both an absolute pleasure to work with and we would recommend getting married in Tuscany, with Tuscan Dreams, to anyone. I just wish we could do it all again next year!

This is just to say thank you all ever so much for making our wedding day so special and hassle free. We told you the style and ideas we had and you just made it happen. You made our day truly magical. We knew what we had paid for as soon as our coach pulled up at the airport and even that exceeded our expectations. Approaching the drive to the Villa we could not believe our eyes. Every room was to a very high standard, the private pool was huge and very sunny. The grounds, parks and lakes are a fantastic treat to explore and feeding the deer by hand is something unreal to experience. On the day of our wedding it was so great to wake up and know all we had to do was get on the bus and in the bridal car and everything was done for us. Certaldo was straight out of a roman history book and we all feel blessed to have become part of Certaldo's long and outstanding history.
Getting back to the villa was a pleasure, the grounds had been decorated beautifully and the table settings, tea lights and service were all first class. The food was of a standard you would expect from the Savoy in London, we are close friends with a master chef and he would have loved it all. We are coming back in 2010 for our anniversary and anyone thinking of getting married in Italy we say do it and should use your company to do so as you have been a god send to us both from start to finish.

We just want to say thank you all so much, you made our wedding day magical.  We never thought we would be strolling through Siena, me in my wedding dress and Ryan in his kilt eating ice-cream, it will be a memory we will never forget, as with so many others.  Villa Napoleone was beautiful; we couldn’t have asked for more, we just wish we could do it all over again so we could come back.  You made planning the wedding effortless and your ideas were fantastic, the flowers and outside candles just made the reception back at the villa more spectacular than we could have imagined.  Everyone is still speaking about it all now, Giuseppe and his fabulous pictures, he has caught us all perfectly and no expression has been missed, the food was out of this world we just wish we could have taken the chef home for his risotto alone.  We now tell everyone not to get married in Scotland but to go to Italy!  We are so glad we choose to get married in Siena and we feel very lucky we found you both.  Thank You both so much, you are fantastic and have the patience of saints to answer all our many questions over the year.  I must admit I miss our emails!

Everything about the wedding exceeded our expectations and we had a brilliant time. Villa Gambassi is just the most idyllic location to spend the week with friends and family. Everyone who came had an absolute ball and expressed how blown away they were with the wedding setting and the day. It was just a perfect venue and day in every aspect.
We’re also glad we chose to do the week away and get married on the Thursday. While we were wary of this idea at first it turned out to be an inspired choice. We got to share a fantastic holiday with our friends and family and then cap it off with a wedding. It was perfect.
The wedding day itself was fantastically orchestrated by you guys down to the finest detail. We had left a lot of the planning to the last minute and yet you managed to turn it around and deliver everything seamlessly. The babysitters we had requested were great, they managed to keep the children entertained wonderfully while the adults relaxed and enjoyed the evening entertainment. The food, wine and service were all top class, again exceeding all expectations.
So because of all this we’d just like to thank you both and everyone else involved for helping to make our wedding such a fantastic experience and for giving us some treasured memories.

Fiona and I took Erica's recommendation and went to Elba for a week on Honeymoon, it was beautiful! - a good recommendation indeed.

We are so pleased that we decided to have a Tuscan Wedding and delighted with the service provided by Tuscan Dreams; Erica & Nicoletta were incredibly helpful from the start, dealing promptly and informatively with all our questions. We visited the area a few months before the wedding & met up with Erica & Nicoletta so that we could see the venue, arrange accommodation & discuss all the options for the big day, including the flowers, menus & music; this trip was really worthwhile! We knew then that we had chosen the right team & the right venue, but the actual Wedding Day exceeded all our hopes & expectations; the Castle looked fantastic, the event seemed to flow seamlessly from one stage to the next, including the ceremony, the amazing aperitifs, the live music, the delicious food and the dancing. And Nicoletta was there from the beginning to the very end, making sure that every detail was taken care of. The entire experience was better than we could have wished for and our friends and family enjoyed a fantastic occasion in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Hi there! We've just returned from our honeymoon and the very first thing we had to do (even before unpacking!) was to write to you to say thankyou so much for what really was the happiest day of our lives.
It's impossible to say just how much we appreciated all the hard work put in by you and your team. In the words used over and over by the family and friends who joined us, the whole experience was "magical", "stunning", "perfect". The ceremony, the food, the music, the flowers, the Villa Gambassi, the Tuscan countryside - everything was just beautiful. We kept standing back throughout the evening just to drink it all in. Surrounded by what seemed like a thousand tee-lights and citronella candles (all lit by you two!) and looking down on a hillside filled with fire flies, we had to pinch ourselves just to make sure it was real. None of this could have happened without you and we feel so lucky and honestly cant thank you enough.
It was really lovely getting to know you both - we'll deffinately be in touch in the future to arrange return trips to The Forno and know that lots of our guests loved it so much, they're planning to take their holidays at Gambassi next year - of course we've reccomended that they go through Tuscan Dreams!

Our week in Tuscany was just idyllic and we can't thank you enough. We felt really lucky to get married in such a beautiful place and surrounded by all our friends and family - it really was a perfect day and we simply couldn't have done it without you. Your patience and your enthusiasm during all the preperations were just what we needed - especially as we were a little disorganised and indecisive to say the least! And then when the day came, we were both so relaxed; we knew you were there every step of the way which meant we could just enjoy and take it all in. The service was perfect. The musicians were amazing and really captured the feeling of the day - they played beautifully. The reception completely blew our minds - just what we wanted. The flowers exceeded everything we had hoped for and the food and wine were exquisite. Everyone had a wonderful time and I'm sure you won't be suprised to hear that we all carried on dancing for many more hours when we got back to the villas.

I'm so glad we were in Italy to get married, the day was so relaxed and exactly what we wanted that I don't regret not going back to New Zealand at all. I thought the ceremony was great, especially the emphasis on family it made Ian & I realise we want family to be a important part of our life.

How can I describe how I feel about the day? It was just so perfect, it makes me want to cry! I don’t think there is a thing I would have changed.
