Originally built in the 1400, the property underwent a beautiful restoration, combining the beauty of traditional Tuscan materials and architecture with all the comforts of modern day technology. Nestled on a hilltop amid 43 acres of countryside, Villa Sieci is located just a few kilometers outside of Florence. Part of a small hamlet, the property includes an ancient farmhouse with its own tower, an elegant villa, and two stone outhouses. Each building offers it’s own fully furnished private outdoor space in which to relax before – and after – you get married in Italy. The common and private spaces all offer breathtaking views over the surrounding vineyards and olive groves. Villa Sieci is a magical place, where the silence is only interrupted by the sounds of local animals and the contagious joy of your guests as you gather to celebrate your perfect Italian wedding.
WEDDING RECEPTION
Villa Sieci is an ideal Italian wedding venue, as the large halls, as well as 43 acres of perfectly manicured gardens, means you can get married in Italy all year long. The interior hall can accommodate up to 50 guest, where as the garden is suitable for up to 140 guests. Indoor weddings also have the option of an additional outdoor marquee to extend the guest capacity. Villa Sieci’s very suggestive settings is perfect for your Italian wedding, with it’s ancient stone tower dating back to the XIV° century, the large stone fireplaces dominating three of the four halls, the original terra-cotta and stone floors. For outdoor parties, the large park is beautifully laid out with small paths lined with typical Tuscan shrubs and flowers, a large courtyard (aia), multiple seating areas throughout the garden as well as spectacular vineyards and olive trees that surround the property.
The property has a lovely a pool where guests can relax before enjoying the wine and oil tasting, or for smaller parties, a lovely preordered home cooked meal.
WEDDING ACCOMMODATION
Villa Sieci is an exquisitely refurbished “boutique hotel”, with large, comfortable rooms in an elegant setting. Villa Sieci offers two different types of accommodation for your Italian wedding venue, with a total capacity of 37 overnight guests (inclusive of fold-out couch beds). Three renovated, traditional Tuscan apartments in ancient stone buildings adjacent to the farmhouse can accommodate 2 of 6 guests. Additionally, there are 7 double rooms with ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms are located in the two outhouses and combine a refined mixture of typical Tuscan fittings with more contemporary pieces, elegant wooden beam ceilings, and parquet flooring.
CIVIL AND RELIGIOUS WEDDING CEREMONY
You can choose to have your Italian wedding at a historical church located nearby, or we can arrange a civil ceremony in a nearby town hall. An Evangelical pastor is also available if you wish to have your blessing on site.
